All other payments including utility bills and traffic or parking tickets may be paid here.
To pay a bill or renew a license without creating an account, choose the service from the menu on the left and follow the instructions provided.
For the convenience of tracking multiple invoices or business licenses, choose Create User from the menu at the top and create a profile. After you have created and enabled your account, login with the link at the top of the page.
To track multiple business licenses in your profile, choose Business Licenses and click the Add link.
To track multiple accounts receivable invoices in your profile, choose Accounts Receivable and click the Account Maintenance option.
To view pay checks, City of Columbia employees will need to associate their profile with the city record system by choosing Edit Profile (at the top of the page), scrolling to the bottom of the profile page and choosing "I am an Employee of 0071".
